We deliver transport services for patients needing renal dialysis treatment. We partner with NHS Trusts’ Renal Services to deliver safe, punctual, and reliable transport to and from a patient’s home. Our services run everyday except Sunday. We cater for pre-planned journeys and journeys booked on-the-day.

Caring, reliable ambulance staff

All our crew are trained as Ambulance Care Assistance and have specialist knowledge of first aid, Moving and handling and Driving skills. The crew are dedicated professionals, with extensive experience of working with patients needing renal dialysis treatment. All crew members will be in St. John Ambulance uniform and carry identification. Many crew members work with the same patients three times a week, so patients become familiar with and build a trusted relationship with crew members. We will do our utmost to ensure that each patient arrives on time for their designated appointment and on arrival at the hospital, patients will be escorted into the specific clinic they are attending. On the return journey, the crew will safely escort the patient to the door of their home.

Comfortable, accessible vehicles

Our vehicles are designed to make the journey as comfortable as possible for patients. The vehicles have tail lifts so they are more accessible and convenient for all patients and can accommodate wheelchairs and stretchers.
