What you will do

As a workplace trainer, you will use your knowledge and experience to deliver and assess our first aid, mental health, and health and safety training courses. You will ensure that participants are trained to a high standard, and in line with current regulations, policies, and protocols.

We have trainer positions for those with training/teaching experience and qualifications, as well as trainee trainer positions for those who do not - with full training and qualifications provided.

Our trainers come from all industries and backgrounds, but we would particularly like to hear from those with a background in first aid or mental health, or experience in similar fields.

For example, if you have been:

  • a workplace first aider or mental health first aider
  • an event first aider or mental health worker
  • armed forces personnel
  • a police/fire service/health care professional
  • a teacher/coach/trainer/learning and development

 

Training

Full onboarding and training will be provided including CiLD – Certificate in Learning and Development and - Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement (where needed). Due to the variety of workplace training courses we offer, there are many opportunities to continue to grow and develop with full training and support every step of the way.
