Our celebrity ambassadors are committed to our cause and raising awareness that lives can be saved if every person in England has first aid skills and the confidence to use them.
Myleene Klass
Myleene Klass is a musician, television and radio presenter. She has personally experienced situations where first aid has saved the lives of her loved ones - on separate occasions two of her children have had terrifying choking incidents.
Myleene is passionate about reminding people that lives can be saved when people have the information, skills and confidence to give first aid. As a St John Ambulance ambassador, she uses her voice and influence to raise awareness of the urgent need for more people to learn lifesaving skills, whether that’s to deal with choking, street violence or a cardiac arrest – and how this knowledge will benefit communities.
She has previously supported several campaigns and helped celebrate those who have used first aid skills to respond to someone who is injured or ill. In 2022, Myleene backed the charity’s Ask Me campaign that shined a light on a cardiac arrest survival story. In 2023, she visited a school in South London to talk to young people who were learning first aid skills to give them the confidence to respond to knife injuries.
