We are a market leader in workplace training, first aid supplies and event and ambulance services. But we’re also a charity, powered by volunteers. They generously give their time to deliver our life-saving work in communities across England.

Everything we do is driven by our belief that everyone should receive the first aid they need in a health emergency from those around them. By sharing the power of first aid, our communities can become safer and more resilient to everyday emergencies.

Teach first aid

We empower people with the first aid skills, knowledge, and support they need to save lives. We do this through a range of online and in-person activities.

Youth programmes

Our youth programmes engage, inspire, and empower thousands of young people across England. Our core programmes include Badgers (ages 5-10) and Cadets (11-17). They learn essential first aid and important life skills while serving their community and having fun.

Our Young Responders (ages 11-25) programme is tailored to young people affected by street violence. They learn life-saving first aid and build their confidence in dealing with emergency situations.

We also have over 20 student-led, First Aid Societies at universities across the country. They are home to hundreds of students doing their part to learn and share first aid skills.

Event cover

Our event medical cover team provide fully trained and equipped personnel at more than 20,000 events every year. You can find us at major sporting fixtures such as Premier League matches to small community events and county fairs.
