Keep your PractiMan manikin performing at its best with this Pack of 5 Standard PractiMan Lungs — essential for realistic CPR and ventilation training. Designed as direct replacements for the original manikin lungs, they allow learners to practice proper airway management and rescue breathing techniques with accurate feedback.
The attached clips make changing the lungs quick and hassle-free between sessions, minimising downtime during courses. For hygiene, it’s recommended to replace the lungs after each training course.
Ideal for first aid instructors, medical educators, and training centres, these spare lungs ensure your manikin stays ready for lifelike resuscitation practice.
Installing the lungs:
- Remove the skin from the manikin by unclipping it.
- Ensure you have the correct 37 cm lungs for the PractiMAN Basic (different from the Advanced and Plus models).
- Peel off the sticky pad and place it in the circle on the manikin’s chest.
- Attach the airway valve by pushing it firmly into place, ensuring it clips securely.
Align the metal bar with the lugs on the head and clip it into place. - Refit the skin, ensuring the lungs are not creased.
- Check the airway to ensure proper function.
