From the M27 J7
From the M27 J7 take the A334 (Southampton East and Bitterne). At the first roundabout take the third exit into Thornhill Park Road (A334) which becomes Bitterne Road. After about 1 mile turn right into Commercial Street (Leisure Centre) and then first left. The centre is on the right. Approaching from the M27, J8 is not advised as this route can be heavily congested.
