From the South A1
Take the slip road for the A184 (Askew Road) at the roundabout junction with the A189 take the second exit onto the A189 or go over the flyover onto the A189. Cross the river bearing right onto St James Boulevard, formally Blenheim Street. At the second traffic light-controlled crossroads turn left onto the A186 (Westgate Road). Follow the A186 for approximately 1 mile, you will see the General Hospital on your right, go through the traffic lights and the Centre is on your left.
From the North A1
Take the slip road for Hexham A69, at the top of the slip road turn left onto the A186. Follow the A186 for over 1 mile and you will pass a Kwik Fit on your left and a Jet Filling Station on your right, go straight over the small roundabout and the centre is on your right.
From Carlisle A69
At the end of the A69 cross over the A1 onto the A186. Follow the A186 for over 1 mile and you will pass a Kwik Fit on your left and a Jet Filling Station on your right, go straight over the small roundabout and the centre is on your right.
From Railway, Metro or Bus Station
Take a bus going via the General Hospital, a journey of 1 to 1 ½ miles depending on which bus. The best Metro Stations are Central Station and Monument.

There is limited parking available on-site. However, on-street parking is available on Wingrove Road approx. 2-3-minute walk.
